Not on every sale. Sales paid through craving carry a platform fee that follows your plan: 20% on Free, 15% on Go, and 10% from Plus up. Add a 15% AI fee if craving AI made the sale. Sales you make yourself on other platforms carry no craving fee.
The platform fee plus 15%. That is 35% on Free, 30% on Go, and 25% from Plus up.
Only the 15% AI fee. There's no platform fee, since craving doesn't process the payment. The fee waits as an open balance on your account and comes out of your next revenue on craving: a payout, or a sale paid through craving. Nothing is charged to a card.
If it is paid through craving, your plan fee applies: 20% on Free, 15% on Go, and 10% from Plus up. If you sell on another platform yourself, craving charges no fee.
No AI fee if you choose what to send and close the sale yourself.
The offer the Visitor bought decides. If craving AI sent it, the AI fee applies, even when you chat with them later. A membership counts once, on its first charge; renewals carry no AI fee. A tip or a paid message with no offer goes to whoever sent the last message in that chat within 24 hours. A purchase from your Home with no chat behind it is yours. A refund takes the fee back with it.
A chatter is a person, so no AI fee. If their retainer carries a revenue share, that share takes the place of the AI fee on the sales they make: it comes out of your payout and goes to them. On another platform it waits as an open balance, like the AI fee, until your next revenue on craving.
